By transmitting the information generated by the cookie about the use of the website to Adobe, setting ensures that IP address is anonymized before geo-localization und will be replaced by a generic IP address before storage. Newsletter, forms etc.
It is possible to provide personal or business data (email addresses, names, addresses) for the purposes of ordering or giving feedback, or for subscribing to newsletters. The use of the services offered on the part of the user expressly occurs on a voluntary basis. If you send us requests via contact-form, your data out of the request including contact information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing the request and for follow-up issues. This data will not be disclosed without your consent unless required by law. If you would like to order our newsletter we require your email address and confirmation that you are the holder of the given email address and that you agree to receive the newsletter. This data is only used for the purpose of sending you the newsletter and to document our authorisation to do so. This data shall not be passed on to third parties. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter and withdraw your permission to save your email address at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link on any email or by contacting us at webmaster@rulonco.com.
Permission and Withdrawal
If you have given us your permission to use, process and forward your personal data for marketing purposes (e.g. electronic newsletter or sending offers, use of Adobe Analytics), you can withdraw this at any time and without observing any particular form, with future effect. You can also object to the use of your data insofar as we use your data as permitted by law, for postal marketing, for example. Please contact us with your request: webmaster@rulonco.com. After we receive your withdrawal we will only use your data to execute your order and refrain from sending other marketing materials.
Forwarding Personal Data to Third Parties
In order to execute your order it may be necessary to forward your personal data to third parties (e.g. suppliers or couriers).
