Caleb Diffell
Rulon is pleased to announce the appointment of Caleb Diffell as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer. His leadership, financial expertise, and comprehensive understanding of the business have been instrumental in Rulon’s success over the past five years in his role as Chief Financial Officer. In this new capacity, Caleb will lead initiatives to enhance operational performance and support the company’s long-term strategic objectives.
Bio
Raised in Minneapolis, Caleb studied business at Clearwater Christian College in Florida and obtained his MBA from the University of Tampa. Throughout his 25-year financial career, Caleb has held various leadership positions in Fortune 100 companies such as PepsiCo and TD Synnex. Prior to joining Rulon, Caleb held the position of Vice President of Corporate Finance at Catalina, a digital media firm headquartered in Clearwater, Florida. Most recently, Caleb has served as Rulon’s Chief Financial Officer.
Caleb and his wife Joanna have been married for 24 years and have two children, Eliana (20) and Andrew (16). Outside the office, Caleb is active in the music and teaching ministry of his church.
